Place the end of a measuring tape in the middle of your wrist and wrap the tape about 1/2" above your wrist bone. The measuring tape should be wrapped snugly, but comfortably, around your wrist.

Names for good has the greatest bracelet and I worked with them to create a collaboration where proceeds go towards Dana farber in honor of my 3 yr old niece who is receiving her cancer treatments through dana farber/jimmy fund.
