How should I care for my bracelets? 
Our hope is that you wear your beautiful bracelets day and night and we are deeply committed to sourcing the highest quality beads (many of which are natural gemstones), We do recommend attempting to limit contact with moisture, lotion, sunscreen, oil, perfume and other substances that could inadvertently harm the beads.
Sterling Silver beads should avoid contact with chlorine as it can cause discoloration.

Note: Certain beads do fade after contact with water or moisture and in those cases we always include a note in the product description. 
How should I care for my Classic or Crystal Necklace?

Our 14K IP gold plated necklaces are made with a special coating to provide long lasting quality. Though to help maintain its beauty, we suggest avoiding contact with substances that can cause tarnish (i.e. chlorine, sunscreens, perfumes, oils, bug sprays). We also suggest avoiding prolonged contact with water and oils to maintain its beauty.

Tip: Gently wipe jewelry after each wear to remove excess oils, lotions, and perfumes.

How should I care for my Diamond Necklace?

Our 14K solid gold necklace is made to be lived in. Wear your timeless cherished piece with confidence as it will keep its look forever without tarnishing.

How do I know my wrist size?
We recommend measuring your wrist to determine which bracelet size is best for you. To do so, place the end of a measuring tape in the middle of your wrist and wrap the tape about 1/2” above your wrist bone. The measuring tape should be wrapped snugly but comfortably around your wrist.

My bracelet broke - what should I do?
The quality of our bracelets is a priority for us, so of course we never like to hear of a bracelet breaking, but it does happen from time to time. If your bracelet breaks within 6 months of fulfillment, we will always replace it. Request an exchange, here
I just placed an order and accidentally misspelled my name - can you fix it? 
After an order is placed, we do not have the ability to adjust the customization, size, or address therefore we will have to cancel your original order and have you place a new one.

Is my child old enough to wear one of your bracelets?
All bracelets, unless otherwise noted, are intended for adults only. Our children's bracelets are not intended for children under 6 years of age, unless otherwise noted. Children should always be closely supervised when wearing our bracelets.

What are the bracelets made out of?
All of our styles are made with the highest quality stretch cord and are meant to be rolled on and off your wrist. For information on specific beads, see the individual bracelet descriptions. 
How long will it take to recieve my order?
All orders, besides the solid gold necklace, may take up to 5 days (standard) or up to 3 days (express) to prepare and ship. Once shipped, it typically takes 3-6 days (standard) or 1-3 days (express) to arrive depending on location.

Production time for the custom Solid Gold & Diamond necklace is approximately 4 to 5 weeks. *Diamond necklaces will ship separately from other products in your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of each bracelet, we cannot accept returns. However, we will always accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if there are sizing concerns.

Note: requests for remakes due to sizing issues incur a 25% remake fee and customer covers shipping costs there and back ($8). If you need to make a size exchange, please submit a request, here.
Am I able to cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing such order. Due to the custom production of each bracelet and each order, we are unable to make any exceptions outside of this window.
