Am I able to cancel my order? You are able to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing such order. Due to the custom production of each bracelet and each order, we are unable to make an exceptions outside of this window. Note: Any changes to size/customization must also be made within this window.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Due to the custom nature of each bracelet, we cannot accept returns. However, we will always accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if there are sizing concerns. **Please note: requests for remakes due to sizing issues incur a $5 restocking fee and customer covers shipping costs. If you need to make a size exchange, please submit a request, here.

How do I know my wrist size? We recommend measuring your wrist if possible to determine which bracelet size is best for you. Place the end of a measuring tape in the middle of your wrist and wrap the tape about 1/2” above your wrist bone. The measuring tape should be wrapped snuggly but comfortably around your wrist.
Is my child old enough to wear one of your bracelets? Our bracelets are not intended for children under 5 years of age. Children should always be closely supervised when wearing our bracelets as the beads can be a choking hazard. See a full list of our children's bracelets, here.
What are the bracelets made out of? All of our styles are made with the highest quality stretch cord and are meant to be rolled on and off your wrist. For information on specific beads, see the individual bracelet descriptions.
How should I care for my bracelets? Our hope is that you wear your beautiful bracelets day and night and we are deeply committed to sourcing the highest quality beads (many of which are natural gemstones), We do recommend attempting to limit contact with moisture, lotion, sunscreen, perfume and other substances that could inadvertently harm the beads. Certain beads do fade after contact with water or moisture and in those cases we always include a note in the product description.
My bracelet broke - what should I do? The quality of our bracelets is a priority for us, so of course we never like to hear of a bracelet breaking, but it does happen from time to time. If your bracelet breaks within 90 days of fulfillment, we will always replace it. Request an exchange, here.
