Place the end of a measuring tape in the middle of your wrist and wrap the tape about 1/2" above your wrist bone. The measuring tape should be wrapped snugly, but comfortably, around your wrist.

i accidentally ordered the wrong size, and NFG were absolutely great about the exchange! i absolutely love my new addition! i prefer the round beads though, these flowers are beautiful, but they turn different directions and all dont just lay flat! not sure if its bc how many are on the string, but me honestly id prefer if they were all flat against my wrist and not some flipped! as you can see though i have many other bracelets! so this wont stop me from buying more! i love NFG!
